Dr. Marla Wilson's "Mercury Safe Dentist" office is located in Indianapolis, IN. She is mercury free (amalgam/silver filling free) and mercury safe and she is dedicated to the practice of health-based dentistry. Holistic/Healthy Dentistry is a philosophy that recognizes that the teeth and associated oral structures are a part of the whole body. As your Oral Health Doctor, Dr. Wilson is aware that mercury vapor, dental infections, and TMJ (bite) problems can have a negative impact on oral and overall health. Because of this concern, we focus on patient education and strive to remove mercury amalgam (silver) fillings in a safe way.

About Dr. Wilson
Dr. Wilson has devoted her dental career to practicing healthy, holistic, non-invasive, biocompatible dentistry. She is also a proponent of making the dental office occupationally safe regarding mercury and she strives to protect the patient, the staff, and the environment from excessive and unnecessary exposure to mercury at the dental office.
She graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry as salutatorian of her class in 1994. Since then, Dr. Wilson has continuously and enthusiastically pursued post-graduate education. She has received cosmetic and neuromuscular training at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) and aesthetics training with The Rosenthal Institute and The Nash Institute.
