Dr. Karishma Sheth's Mercury Safe Dental office is located in Sugarland, TX 7749. Holistic Dentistry is a philosophy that recognizes that the teeth and associated oral structures are a part of the whole body. Safe Amalgam/Silver Filling Removal Protocols
As your Oral Health Doctor, Dr. Sheth is aware that mercury vapor, dental infections, TMJ (bite) problems can have a negative impact on oral and overall health. To accomplish this, we utilize removal safe protocols based on recommendations of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) and other prominent biological and holistic dental organizations. SMART Certified
The IAOMT has developed rigorous standards for safely removing mercury amalgam dental fillings by reducing the unnecessary and excessive exposure to mercury released from these fillings. The IAOMT's recommendations are known as the Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique (SMART).
At this time, Dr. Sheth is one of a small number of IAOMT members who qualifies as a SMART Certified IAOMT dentist. With the SMART designation you can be confident that she is fully qualified to safely remove mercury amalgam (silver) fillings.
